Things change….

…and sometimes, even when it’s not 100% planned, they change in a positive way. And that (thank the heavens) is what has happened here.

It is with regret that Emer Coleman has had to pull out of #w3g. We really hope that we will be seeing her at a #w3g event in the future, but in meantime….(drum roll)…. Dr Jonathan Raper (@madprof) has very kindly agreed to present all things Open Data.

Jonathan is, as many of you will know, a bit of mover and a shaker in the world of Open Data. In addition to being MD at Placr, he is a London Mayor Digital Advisor Board member, and an high-profile writer on the use of Open Data (and just to prove the point you can read his recent guest blog at London Data Store.

He will be presenting his case for Open Data, what it is, what it should be, how we should engage with it….and has also agreed to sit on our expert panel session. If you have questions about Open Data – this is the person to answer them!
